Pakistan’s first semi-automated Cellular Lightweight Concrete plant was designed, built, and commissioned by SEED.

The group set out to bring Cellular Lightweight Concrete production into its own materials operation rather than depend on imported supply.

SEED carried plant design, equipment integration with Siemens PLC automated batching and cutting lines, commissioning, and technology transfer.

The line is operational and supplies CLC for in-fill walling, roof insulation, and lightweight floor slabs.
