SEED is an engineering-led EPC group headquartered in Islamabad. Since 2016, the group has designed, built, and commissioned the production facilities, structural systems, and construction materials that defence, government, and industrial clients need to operate at scale. Completed work includes purpose-built industrial facilities delivered for Pakistan Ordnance Factories in ten months, and Pakistan's first semi-automated CLC plant.

Professional Engineer (PEC 16531, Civil). B.E. Civil Engineering, Military College of Engineering Risalpur; MSc Project Management, UET Lahore. Former Director of Works and Chief Engineer, Defence Production, 2015 to 2018, construction authority across the MoD Production estate including HIT. Former Director Foreign Projects, Frontier Works Organisation, 2012 to 2015. A four-decade engineering career spanning the Tank T-80UD Factory at HIT, the JF-17 MRO facility at PAC Kamra, and the New Islamabad International Airport.
Zammar ShahidZammar Shahid
Civil engineer, NUST; Master of International Business, University of New South Wales, Sydney. Established SEED Chemicals and led the design, build, and commissioning of Pakistan's first semi-automated CLC plant. Project Director of the group's flagship industrial programme at POF, delivered in ten months. UNIDO Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP) Pakistan finalist, 2017; NUST Rector's High Achiever Award.
