Within SEED
SEED Works, Systems, Design and Defence operate within SEED (Pvt) Ltd. SEED Works covers RCC and concrete, steel and composite construction. Specialist businesses
SEED Chemicals and SEED Materials are separately incorporated businesses under common ownership. SEED Chemicals includes the TENSYL brand. SEED Materials covers CLC, concrete, precast and on-demand materials development; CLADRA is its architectural GFRC brand. Product availability is confirmed separately from development proposals. Brig (R) Shahid Asif, SI(M)
Co-Founder & President. Civil engineer and Professional Engineer, PEC 16531. His prior career includes Director of Works and Chief Engineer, Defence Production, and Director Foreign Projects, Frontier Works Organisation.
Zammar Shahid
Co-Founder & Director. Civil engineering graduate of NUST and Master of International Business, UNSW Sydney. His work at SEED includes construction chemicals, CLC plant development and industrial project delivery.

The parent company holds PEC licence 861, Category CA, issued 2026-09-07 and valid through 2029-06-30. SECP corporate registration: 0099389, incorporated in 2016.
Management systems
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates name the parent company. Issued 2026-07-30, they state validity through 2027-07-29, subject to satisfactory surveillance.
The certificate scope covers industrial facilities, structural steel, MEP, construction chemicals, concrete products and engineering design services. These are management-system certificates; they do not certify individual products or separately incorporated businesses.
